further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required .

Yes Mam definitely a child can get fever after 2 to 3 days of a vaccination also and sometimes the weather is also not favourable so it is very normal for a child to get fever even after 2 to 3 days also that’s completely normal continue with the medicines please
