can anyone tell what is this? my baby is having it all over her body and now her eyes are also getting red and very dry

Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be somgte infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calgamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Its An allergy rush that building upon to the body of the child in this case I can tell you that you should apply calamine lotion or calamine cream whatever is available on the entire body of your child and key try to keep your child’s body cool by giving put amount of liquid
