can anyone tell me what kind of wart is this? my baby is just 3 and half year old... two days it was very small but today it's little bit big.... there is nothing to worried about it, right?

A. It doesn’t seem like a wart it seems like an insect or mosquito bite and due to rubbing of skin it might turned that way just check it’s water filled or not and avoid touching or get it checked
