Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question as your son crosses 1 year old you can start moving him to family food this way he will be able to get more variety have a more balanced diet the Thumb Rule that you need to follow is he should get good amount of protein carbohydrates roughage and fats on a daily basis
