ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. hi mom at this age you can give 2 to 3 hours of feeds you may give fruit cuts, parathas to nibble on during your snacks time stay safe and healthy.

Mam you can check out the recipes on the baby meal planner section itself on the app with which you have an access to hundreds of recipe for giving snacks to the child we cannot suggest you a routine because that’s totally dependent how a parent wants to make it for the child but for recipes you can definitely follow that section
