Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 10 m old girl5 years agoA. Hair loss is common following delivery. It is due to shift in cycle from growing phase to falling phase. Healthy diet is important. Use products with skin friendly ph. Iron and calcium replacement is important.

Iron Supplement you should continue up till the age of one year of your delivery also going to advise you to start applying onion oil into your scalp you can make it at home yourself by searching a recipe on YouTube otherwise you can go for mama earth onion oil range
