Q.

Can anyone guide me on the intake of salt for 6 Month old? According to WHO, IAP and as a nutritionist i have learned to avoid salt sugar for one year. But here the diet plan shows to add salt so please guide me on the same

A. yes,it is good to avoid salt n sugar 8n baby food until they complete 1 year of age, as it can affect developing kidneys of ur baby, reduce immunity, leads to dental decay...
