also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem.
rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern
so find the cause

When Best is that keep your child away through the day and keep your child active in busy into any activity so that your child gets tired and exhausted by the night and your child sleeps early time of 830 to 9 PM this is 1 good way which is always going to be beneficial for you to make a proper schedule for the child as well
