Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environmdent and tegmperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

U Form a proper schedule for your child you should make your child sleep by 9 o’clock and wake up by eight or nine in the morning and through that you should keep your child busy and engaged and don’t make your child sleep during the day time so once your child gets tired and exhausted your child will sleep again by this age kids have a proper schedule because I normally go to school why this is so try to work upon it
