Take small frequent meals, good amount of salads, seasonal fruits n vegetables. Avoid fried, fatty n junk food, sugary food these foods cab cause extra weight gain.

drink adequate water alomst 3litres. do skips meals. do 30mins of walking or yoga. make sure all your 3 meals has proteins and vegetables. avoid packed foods and snacks
