Can a breastfeeding mother eat Chawanprash after 6 month of baby.

A. one tsf she can take daily. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts, n lots of fluids

A. Hello dear parent! Take in small quantities. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
