can a breastfed or chestfed baby be overfeeding.My 4 week old always want to nurse to sleep.I am concerned if she is being overfeeding. she also spit up after most of the feeding session.Should I be concerned?

A. Hello mom babies have this habits it’s a phase - though as it’s over feeding - they are spitting out the unwanted one … So at times they just love to latch only
