Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. is the combination is aceclofenac it is not advisable to take the medicine if you are a breastfeeding mother you can take plain paracetamol for headache which is safe for you and baby

Since You are not exclusively breastfeeding the child then you can go ahead with this medicine I hope it is a prescribe medicine by a doctor please do not take medicine from your own side if you’re feeling pain and one side and you should get it checked with your doctor as well
