can a 7 month baby eat fish or dry fruits

A. oh no dear, non veg should be added only to the last. that's was my neonatologist recommended me when I started solids for my first child. doc said that their intestines are jus adapting so better introduce them to the last. also I know some of my relatives who gave everything to their child when she started solids, the baby started having constipation problems from tht tym.

A. you can start giving dry fruit as cashew almond walnut in paste or powdered form.. adding in milk or in food items as suji or fruit puree. but any non veg as chicken fish are introduced after the baby complete one year..
