Can a 6 months old baby get covid from feeding mother? Please advise on precautions to be followed.

A. yes can get.isolation be done.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

A. Thank you for the response Dr. But my worry is I will be the one with the baby 24/7.As my husband is also tested +ve.We all staying at one place though living in seperate rooms.

A. See If you are Covid positive when you are breastfeeding your child then it is fine you can use all the precautions and then you should be breastfeeding your child properly there is a very rare chance that the child is going to catch Covid from you eat but yes there is one percent possibility to that also
