take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

I Don’t think so you can go ahead with any such exercise at this is because kids do not actually follow what are you doing but yes if you can do a little bit of jumping and all I think it’s a way to enjoy that much for sure that you can do easily for 5 to 10 minutes
