better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor as its quite difficult to tell anything without examination and investigation

But it would be much better to either ruse coconut oil or Babyhug rash cream on the affected areas. And repeat the process after 2 to 3 hours. This is very helpful in reducing rashes.
