c section delivery ke baad weight badh gya hai to mein kbse diet aur exercise kr sku... aur kuch diet batayiye.

A. Dear mum, you can begin to exercise at least after 6 weeks of resting period after c section and after you have consulted your doctor. For healthy weight loss, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
