As you had a previous cesarean surgery and it’s only been 7 months there is a chance of complications and bleeding beyond control.
So consult your gynecologist asap

Having a C-section or vaginal delivery does not impact how quickly your period after a C-section will return. What does affect menstruation, however, is whether you choose to breastfeed your baby.
