मेरी c section delivery hui।kya mai skipping कर सकती hu?

A. when you start exercising after delivery you should start with mild walking and then slowly move on for mild exercises and after few months you can go for heavy workouts skipping is among the heavy workout So plan accordingly

A. ये आठ महीने पूरे हो गए तो लगभग आपके अंदर केट आगे भी भर गए होंगे पर फिर भी एक बार डॉक्टर से बात करे अगर आपके डॉक्टर सलाह देती है कि आप रस्सी कूद सकते है तो बिलकुल आगे बढ़िए क्योंकि मुझे अभी थोड़ा सा शोकेस बात है कि डॉक्टर हाँ करेंगेग्यारह महीने के पहले रस्सी कूदने की परमिशन वो नहीं देते हैं Write Your Answer Here
