You can go ahead with a diet as of now if you want but let me warn you when you go for any kind of a diet during the breastfeeding time it is going to affect your breastfeeding also which is why for a lactating mother it’s mostly said that you should eat well and feed well but you can start with regular walk if you want not brisk walk but regular start from about 20 minutes per day
