By son 6months old getting constipation after change the formula level and winning can you please help me which food or medicine can i give to improve constipation beca of that he crying. suddenly and not taking milk

See there are two ways to it either you give an laxative to the child or you can go ahead with making the milk lighter so what you do is just for example supposed to giving 120 ML of milk for using four scoops of mint so instead of using four go for 3 1/2 or three that will help in making the milk light and easy for the child to digest
