Q.

by mistake I have given pinch of supari to my 3 month baby for a month? as I was giving him homemade ghuti. does it have any impact on his health? he is not showing any health issue as of now and wait gain is also good

A. Avoid giving supari to the baby and hone made ghutti can be given if baby is having any digestion related problem and always burp vaby after feeding and give tummy time

A. yes I am not giving him right now but what to do if I already given it?

A. Avoid giving janam ghutti and supari. If your baby's doctor thinks it's necessary, you may have to supplement your baby with additional feedings of either pumped breast milk or infant formula. You can also try to pump and separate your foremilk from your hindmilk. Hindmilk is higher in fat and calories, which can help your baby gain more weight
