Q.

By Boy is 8 month Oldand is been suffering from cold and cough (on medication) .. he just fell down from cot cried a lot and slept .. should i go for Xray as he fell on his head on floor

A. Hello parents,good afternoon If no ear nose mouth bleeding No projective vomiting no fit.no scalp bleeding then no need to worry for that just observe your baby for atleast 48 hrs.if any of above signs.then visit your nearest pediatrician immediately.

A. hi depends on how deep he got injured please keep an eye on your child activities if there is anything abnormal like sudden vomiting ,decrease in apetite ,fever , frequent stomach pain etc then please visit your pediatrician immediately
