but my breast is becoming very less jiske liye mujhe baby ko formula milk dena pdta h 3 dr. ko dikhaya unhone bola ki apka baby bhuka rhta h. m sab kha pi rhi hu fr b milk nhi bn rha taki uska 1 feed m uska pet bhre

A. Hello dear parent! Do not stress yourself too much. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk production. Consult a lactation expert for further advice. Good luck and take care.
