Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight. So always empty a breast each Feed your baby every 2-3 hours once during the day time that's more important and also during night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while.
