Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. immediately after burns you have to keep the body part involved inside the cold water for few minutes. after that you have to meet the doctor for the medicinesg to be given. it is important to maintain hygiene so that secondary skin infectionv does not occur and give plenty of water to drink and take a follow every 3 days with the doctor. for pain you can give paracetamol /ibuprofen to the child

you may apply silverex cream over the affected area
it will heal the burn and won't cause pain and blister
but make sure she doesn't take the same into mouth.
