my Girl is 6 month and 3 weeks old, she has heat burning in her hand . shall i give any ointment? which one is good for that?

Keep the burn site clean with gentle washing with soap and water.A wet cloth soaked with cold water (cold compress) held to the skin, to ease pain.Antibacterial cream, to help prevent infection.Other creams, to lessen pain and swelling.Nonstick dressing or bandage that's changed every day.
