bt she don't mix up with children & if kids come close to her she start saying mamma mamma, papa papa whoever is with her. what the reason behind this ... pls help

I think your child is just having a stranger anxiety even with kids some kids are not very comfortable initially so you need to make your child more comfortable to tell them that they are your friends they are same age we have to mingle with people so you are positive words and counselling would be very healthy for a child
