give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .

Yes Try having fenugreek capsule is there supposed to be quite nice for increasing the lactation of a mother apart from that you should definitely a good amount of water and dip with rich diet that’s going to help fibre and protein also play a really very important role for this
