Q.

Both my twin boys who are 15 months old have got rashes on their neck. It looks to be severe, for now we have applied atarax and cetaphil. Can you tell if we need to be worried

A. hi allergy can be due to many ccauses . it can be dry skin or allergy. it needs direct examination for proper diagnosis and treatment. Go for online consultation in view of covid .

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics,heat or sweating, infection etc so please dress your child in loose fitting , collar less Cotton clothes.. keep your child in well vantileted room keep your child well hydrated keep an eye on your child diet avoid using any cosmetics give bath with Luke warm water and neem leaves. yes you can apply Cetaphil lotion. maintain good hygiene.
