First of all strength training is very important as muscles strengthening s very important for good bone health and include ragi in your diet drumsticks or moringa powder and daily expose yourself to morning sunlight fir 20 mins and reduce tea coffee intake have curd buttermilk and a nutritious balanced diet is very important
