shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Sometimes it happens and you should not worry about it at all. Sometimes after vaccination babies start vomiting. But these things get normal by its own. So you should just try to keep your baby normal room temperature and give very light food to your baby so baby can digest it easily. And you should also add more water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated
