It could be fungus probably with the details that you’re mentioning so you probably should either clean the bottle completely by sterilising it well or I would actually suggest you better option to discard and go for a new one and maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene with any bottle that you use any product that you use or even if it is Babyhug product
