For healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to every meal.
Avoid processed and packaged foods.
Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
