bhavya have to elergy for lactose so she can't drink milk what can I do

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello if the child is having lactose intolerance then it should be better to avoid milk and then give your child other calcium rich food in the diet whicg should be helpful and give soy milk by checking the same with your doctor which can be helpful
