Best products for excess 2 year old dry skin ?. Tried aveeno/ cetaphil no product is working on my son’s skin. Kindly suggest

Nmfe or evion vitamin E cream you can use for your child as the skin is really very dry right now so you can apply it every two or three hours and as you see the skin is going to get better over the time of a week then you can reduce the number of applications
