A. Consume dates, all dry fruits n nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements

A. hi you should take home made freshly cooked food items. take fresh fruits, veggies , pulses,nuts , dairy products more avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food.
