Cetaphil baby cream you can go ahead with do not go for lotions but creams are much better than a really very thick and that is the right time to maintain hydration in the skin and which is what is going to be quite good to maintain a proper hydration in the skin and reducing down dryness else you can go ahead with using mustard oil as well
