before pregnancy I was 62.5kg ,after 2 months of pregnancy I'm 61 and 3rd month I'm 63.3 and in 4th month my weight is 62.5kg , y it's not constantly increasing , what can I do for constant weight gain

A. Dear mum in the first trimester of pregnancy there is a weight loss however you can maintain healthy weight gain with a nutritious and balanced diet have small frequent meals have variety of food groups and no dietary restriction for healthy food increase one portion of healthy meal as compared to before healthy snacks in between meals like sprouts, boiled egg, fruits homemade Chikki dry fruits adequate rest and water intake
