Q.

Before 6 months ago my c section delivery is done, after 6 months I have period more than 16 days

A. it is not normal to get your periods for 16 days continuously and it is most likely due to hormonal changes and you have to consult your gynecologist for further management

A. Hi mommy It will correct soon Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
