before 3 days I have cough and cold then my daughter also now from 3 days she is having fever 101 F frequently I was given medicine to her then fever is lower and again fever came back...so what should I do

It could be associated with viral and that is what it is indicating towards so if your fever isn’t good within last three days also consult your doctor for further assistance they will guide you and advise you if any blood test is required or if there is any change in medicine
