To lose weight, you need to follow a healthy diet along with exercise for atleast 6 to 8 months
Make sure to include lot of pulses, fruits, vegetables, egg whites, low fat milk, curd, paneer in your diet
Avoid sugar, sweets junk foods.
Sleep well & stay hydrated. all this is important for losing weight
