Q.
Because of this summer heat there is a lot of rashes like pimples all over the body of my baby boy. visited the doctor and she gave me a lotion(zinc oxide) and tablet. but at night time baby's body temperature was so high. when I touch him it feels like so hot to me.. please refer me some lotion, talcum powder or some bathing soap.. how can I prevent my baby from this much of heat? can I use talcum like nycil or dermi cool powders ?

You should take a temperature with a thermometer to know exactly whether your child is having fever or not because that way only you can be more sure about it and powder that you can use on the skin would Candid dusting powder or any good kids brand of your choice not the ones you are mentioning
