Q.

back pain in 7th month of pregnancy, mostly in back side of lt/rt side of chest... Is it normal ?

A. hi mom back pain is quite common in pregnancy due to lax abdominal muscle .. do mild exercise such as yoga .. take ur calcium supplements and use volini gel

A. hello back pain can be due to the expansion of tummy and the weight but it would always be better to ince check with your doctor as it can be for a different reason too and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
