include whole grains, millets, dals , sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, nuts and dried fruits, healthy fats ghee, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables and adequate water.
you can offer porridge, fruit shakes and smoothie, pancake, poha, veggies stuffed idli and dosa, veg upma, paneer, egg , chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc.
add small mid-meals inbetween after 2 hours.
follow good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
