A. as your child has completed one year. you can give anything to your child. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. .

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your child all the healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet
