A. hi , give whatever your child like specially your home madam nutritious food it should include stressed seasonal vegetable fruits different sprouts pulses lentils dry fruits. breakfast give Idli Dosa mix vegetable for Atta boiled vegetables egg and in lunch give the an rice roti sabji salad soup and for dinner give moong dal khichdi dal khichdi rice and dal vegetable soup boiled vegetables and along with three meals give two mid day snacks which would include seasonal fruit dry fruits like black dait black raisins Almonds, pistachios cashew
