A. Dear parent, for a 3 years old child, the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese nuts and dry fruits like almonds, walnuts. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
