Mam are you trying to say that your child is having fever for last three days because your question is very very difficult for me to understand so if it is fever and three days have already passed then consult your doctor because if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours and it is not a normal fever currently with the things that you are mentioning I believe it would be best for you to consult your doctor once
